Distances: <\/strong>Parking, registration, start and finish will be close to event centres (will be specified in Bulletin 2).<\/p>\n

Entries:<\/strong> Till 9 May 2016 by registration system www.orienteeringonline.net<\/u><\/a> (Saturday<\/a>, Sunday<\/a>) or by sending email on address janfurucz@gmail.com<\/a> (entry is valid after confirmation). It is necessary registry separately for each competition.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prizes and ceremony:<\/strong> The first three competitors in general classification each round of European cup will be awarded by practical prizes. Overall winner (Saturday and Sunday competitions) will be awarded by special price (Virtual-O license\u00a0and Android tablet 8″). Overall PARA winner (Saturday and Sunday competitions) will be awarded by special price (Android tablet 8″). The first three competitors registered in Slovak and Czech orienteering association will obtain diplomas, medals and prizes in Slovak and Czech championships.<\/p>\n

The ceremony for PreO part will be scheduled on Saturday as soon as possible.\u00a0The ceremonies for TempO part and overall results\u00a0will be defined later, <\/span>because<\/span> organizers<\/span>\u00a0ETOC 2016<\/span>\u00a0asked us\u00a0for<\/span> the<\/span> earliest possible<\/span>\u00a0ending<\/span> of the race due to Sunday’s<\/span> opening<\/span> ceremony<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>(sufficient time for transfer<\/span> to event centre of ETOC 2016)<\/span>. We will <\/span>evaluate the<\/span> timing<\/span> and<\/span> results\u00a0over electronic<\/span> measurement so w<\/span>e assume<\/span> that the\u00a0ceremony<\/span> will take place<\/span> as soon as possible<\/span> after the end of<\/span> the race<\/span>, or in ETOC 2016 event centre.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rules:<\/strong> Competition will be carried out in accordance to the current rules of Slovak Orienteering Federation \u2013 TrailO section (based on IOF rules with small insignificant deviations).<\/p>\n

Course:<\/span><\/strong> Course will be separated in 2 parts,<\/span> distance 1,5 \u2013 2 km, number of controls: 25 (+-3), number of time control 1(2) x 1(2). Same course for all classes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Terrain description:<\/strong> Typical flat terrain for lowland Z\u00e1horie \u2013 pine forest with sand dunes. A forest path with mostly firm surface but on some places is sand surface. We recommend assistants for wheelchair competitors. If necessary, we will provide assistant (in limited quantities).<\/p>\n

Course:<\/span><\/strong> distance 1,5 \u2013 2 km (asphalt in first part, unpaved forest paths in second part, in places with worse quality), number of stations: 8 x 4 (+-1). The format can be changed according number of participants \u2013 will be defined in Bulletin 2.\u00a0Same course fo all classes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Punching system: <\/strong>Times and answers will be measured\/recorded on ANT<\/a>. The referees will record time and answers on tablets or smartphones and they will write answers and measured time to the competitor cards for confirmation next.<\/p>\n

Results:<\/strong> online results (in centre) after each timed stations.<\/p>\n

MapO –\u00a0demo (free entry) in new discipline – parallel with other disciplines (briefly \u2013 it is an opposite way of precise orientation when the flags in the field will be drawn in the maps, and the most precise draw of control points wins). The event will not be evaluated and it will serve only as training.<\/p>\n
